Playa Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Homes2Go ("Homes2Go," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to homes2gosa.com (the "Site"), to the lead forms we run on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and to the phone, text, and email communications we have with you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on our Site, respond to one of our ads, call us, text us, or email us, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing or street address
  • Information about the home you are looking for, such as the number of bedrooms and whether you already own land or a lot, or are looking for a community
  • Trade-in information, if you ask us about trading in an existing home
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and general location (such as city or region)
  • Browser and device type, operating system, and screen size
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

Information from advertising platforms. When you fill out an instant form in a Facebook, Instagram, or Google ad, that platform sends us the information you submitted in the form. We receive it directly from the platform. Those platforms also handle your information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

What we do NOT collect. We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we do not run credit checks or collect credit report information through this Site or our ad forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
  • Contact you by phone, text message, and email about manufactured homes, availability, pricing, promotions, trade-ins, and general financing information
  • Schedule and follow up on home tours and appointments
  • Route your inquiry to the appropriate member of our sales team
  • Maintain records of our communications with you
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site
  • Measure how our advertising performs and reach people who may be interested in our homes
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements

3. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

Consent to be contacted. When you give us your phone number through a form, an ad, or a message, you agree that Homes2Go and people acting on our behalf may contact you at that number by phone call and text message, including calls or texts sent using automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice, about homes, appointments, promotions, and related offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing calls or texts in order to buy a home from us or to use the Site.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop. You can opt out at any time:

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at [email protected].
  • Phone calls: tell the caller you would like to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or contact us using the details above.

Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about a transaction you have started with us, such as a scheduled appointment.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not share your information with third-party lenders or finance companies. If you ask us about financing, we provide general information and guidance. Any decision to apply for financing is yours, made directly with the lender you choose.

We share your information only as follows:

  • With our staff. Your inquiry is shared internally with Homes2Go sales team members so someone can respond to you promptly, including by an internal team notification that contains your name and contact details.
  • With service providers who work on our behalf. These companies are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. They include providers of:
  • Customer relationship management and lead management (Heffl)
  • Text messaging and telephony (Twilio)
  • Workflow automation between systems (Zapier)
  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • Email delivery
  • Analytics and website measurement (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Advertising and advertising measurement (Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Homes2Go, our customers, or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. If that happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains subject to protections consistent with this policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and deliver advertising. These include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and advertising technologies from Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Your choices:

Do Not Track. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep lead and inquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, or unless you ask us to delete your information sooner. Records relating to a completed home purchase are kept for as long as required by applicable law.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Everyone. You may contact us at any time at [email protected] or (210) 298-9800 to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing.

Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Obtain a portable copy of data you provided to us
  • Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request, which may require you to confirm information we already have on file, and respond within the time required by law.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank account numbers to us by email or text message.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Equal Housing Opportunity

11. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate, including manufacturer websites and lender websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
